Q: How can I benefit from the Club?
A: EuroWineClub.com uses an electronic-procurement service for handling your order. Once we have tested and selected fine wines for an offering, a secured, but limited quantity will be made available. We are involved in supervising the quality of wines recommended and the storing and delivering of your purchase. The buying process for a Member is simple, safe and rewarding. But once offerings are made available, we recommend you order quickly since quantities are very limited. All transactions are processed legally within the three tiers system in force in the States of Massachusetts by Plymouth Wine Cellar Inc., a licensed package store.
Q: How are payments handled?
A: Paypal.com Merchant Services, an E-Bay corporation and reputable and efficient payment processing organization, giving two options of payments to our member. Our mission is to focus on your wine experience in order to maintain our objectivity in the true business model set forth by the Club. Your payment will be confirmed immediately by EuroWineClub.com, a division of Plymouth Wine Cellar Inc.
Q: How many bottles of wine can I order?
A: In most situation, minimum orders per shipment is twelve (12) bottles, or a case of wine, most often from the same product or from pre-selected mixed cases. Quantities will always be limited and there will be restrictions and/or limits on each wine product. Details are provided with each offering.
Q: How much does a EuroWineClub.com membership cost?
A: There is no fee to join EuroWineClub.com. There is no cost to look at those offerings nor will you be solicited to look at them. You will pay for wines you may order from these offerings. Your order will include shipping costs. Personal checks or invoice for shipments (C.O.D.) "cannot" be handled.
Q: Where can my order be shipped?
A: Shipping is only available within the States of Massachusetts, U.S.A. We regret that licensed couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We encourage you to use your place of work to facilitate shipment. Wines may only be shipped to and received by adults that are 21 years of age or older. Adult signature is also required upon delivery. Applicable taxes are always included in your order. You can also arrange for special pick-up at the store.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: EuroWineClub.com monitors the selection of the licensed courier company that carries your delivery. Charges are set per shipment to one address throughout the states of Massachusetts. It may vary from time to time and information is indicated on your invoice.
Q: How do I cancel my Membership?
A: You may cancel your EuroWineClub.com membership by contacting us by e-mail. Please indicate your name, address, e-mail address and password.
Q: What happens if I move?
A: If you move, please modify your membership profile with your new address as soon as you can. You can also do so by contacting us via email prior to your move. Contacting us ahead of time will prevent any mistake in processing shipments or forwarding delivery charges
